Description
Fluent Frontier Fellowship takes place April 1–4, 2027 at The Refuge in Ayden, NC. Vendors receive early access for setup on Thursday starting at noon, with full event days Friday–Sunday. Food trucks will be open during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours throughout the weekend. We’re offering a dinner on Thursday – feel free to bring something to share for this if you’d like!
All vendors must sell family-friendly merchandise only. No crude, inappropriate, or offensive items are allowed. Any products not listed in your application or deemed unsuitable by Fluent Frontier Fellowship staff or The Refuge may be subject to removal.
By registering, vendors agree to arrive on time, remain for required hours, and help promote the event on social media. Vendors are required to stay set up until 2 PM on Sunday. Failure to do so will result in not being invited back to Frontier Fellowship. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and this is a family-friendly, alcohol/drug-free, pet-free event. Vendors must follow all posted guidelines and understand that Fluent Frontier LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Vendors are responsible for their tents, chairs, and tie-downs.

We have a limited amount of electric sites, please bring quiet generators or power banks. – Please note any special requirements in email.
VENDOR Requirements: 2 people allowed with vendor booth purchase, any additional members MUST purchase an additional discounted ticket.
Fluent Frontier Fellowship reserves the right to decline or remove any vendor application at its discretion. If a vendor application is not accepted, a full refund will be issued.
